Eagle Scout
I joined Boy Scouts in second grade and participated in the organization to the highest degree for 10+ years. After achieving Eagle Scout, I went on to mentor my siblings and their troops as an Assistant Scout Master.
Football
Football was and still is a lifelong passion of mine. Being able to perform at the highest degree day in and day out was the driving factor for me. With the goal of playing at the next level, I was accepted into multiple organizations with scholarships, but unfortunately turned these down due to sustained injuries in high school.
Hobbies
- Athletics: I love competing athletically and continue to improve my own fitness daily
- Simulators: Flying and driving simulators. The more realistic, the better. I love studying start up sequences for planes in DCS.
- Racing: Learning the heritage and stories of racing series and the teams that race within is very interesting to me.
- Hunting: A day at the range or just general cleaning is an excellent way to relax.
- Piano: New songs and music theory are both fascinating and challenging, making this hobby very stimulating for me.
Career Interests
After running my own business and going to school for management, I am pursuing a career where I can oversee pieces of a project or team. I have no problem starting from an entry-level position to fully understand the process.
I am also interested in ROV/AUV work, including offshore work. I feel like the 1,000s of hours put into highly realistic sims gives me an above average understanding of systems.
